The National Land Commission, Thimphu would like to invite Expression of Interest from the interested and eligible National Consultancy Firm for providing training for Rural e-Sakor. The Expression of Interest should be submitted in writing to the ICT section, NLCS on or before 4th April 2014 before 11:00 AM along with the following documents:

1. Valid Licence

2. Introduction

3. Resumes/CV of key staff

4. Description of relevant past experience

The details ToR can be collected from the office of the ICT section upon payment of Nu. 500 /- (non-refundable) to the revenue section from 4th March 2014 on any working days. The expression of interest will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM.
